Why choose mPath?

My name is Mara Svenne, and I chose the name mPath for my organization because my family calls me M.  I facilitate conversations so that everyone can listen with empathy, and work collaboratively to unleash their shared vision.  Through my custom-designed facilitated sessions, clients find the path to their shared success.

I've worked most of my career for a financial services organization, as a leader, engagement coach and business systems analyst.  I have spent the last 10 years developing my facilitation skills and experience.  I am an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, which means, when you hire me, you can be sure that I'm qualified to design and deliver facilitated sessions that will help you find a sustainable solution.  

I abide by the IAF Code of Ethics and Values, so you can be sure that I will act in service to you, and your team.
