Mara very capably guided the Twice Upon a Time group through a facilitated session about our partnership criteria. She managed a group of librarians with strong opinions, passion, and a bad habit of excessive wordsmithery, with grace and aplomb. She ensured there was balanced participation, ably gained consensus on contentious items. She also was very responsive both with prep and follow up: she ensured that we were on the same page about expected outcomes, made valuable suggestions about process and timing of the day, and was quick to type up notes and send them along.
